documentos , estatus y opciones. Aquí en el gigante USA, sin nada
material, en un limbo sin opcion de nada (despues de muchos años en USA y ningún delito serio, con educación universitaria y experiencia
profesional y buen dominio de su idioma,

gigantes océanos y dos gigantes paises con gigantes problemas de inseguridad,
burocracia inviable, etc. adonde no

Tengo que decir esto bien claro y concreto.
Yo nunca he tenido oportunidad de nada en USA. Desde hace años he solicitado ayuda, rescate. Yo personalmente he sido perseguido y victimizado en USA casi desde que llegué a este país de manera obsesiva. Es algo misterioso, parece que es parte de algun programa o experimento, etc. Esto incluye difamacion masiva, todo tipo de ofensas y mentiras , gritos constantes de cosas negativas, etc. Yo no veo que le hagan algo así a nadie. Son muchos factores, no estoy hablando exclusivamente del gobierno, son muchos factores porque en USA hay muchas cosas extrañas y muchos odios, rencores y actores agazapados.
Esta claro que si USA me hubiera querido apoyar para "triunfar materialmente hablando", hubiera empezado por darme la residencia cuando la solicité y por maldad me dijeron que tenia que volver a aplicar. Todas las cuestiones migratorias en USA desde que yo tuve contacto con migracon, han sido desastrosa. Pero en mi caso simplemente prefirieron victimizarme. Yo no he fracasado, si acaso podemos hablar de una especie de fracaso colectivo, tiene que ver con Cuba, porque siempre he sido Cubano y nunca he querido ser otra cosa que Cubano, tal vez eso influyó en que me aplicaran ese programa de victimizacion no desclasificado aun.

I have to say this clearly and concretely.
I never had any opportunity of nothing in USA. I have been personally obsessively persecuted and victimized in USA almost since I came to the country. It is something mysterious, it seems to be part of some program or experiment, etc. This includes mass defamation all kinds of offenses and lies, constant shouting of negative things, etc. I don’t see nobody doing that to nobody else.
It is clear that if USA wanted to help me to “succeed materially speaking”, they would give me the residency when I applied for it and just for evil they told me I had to apply again. All things related to immigration in USA, since I had contact with immigration, have been disastrous. But in my case they chose to victimize me. I haven’t failed. We could even speak about a kind of collective failure, it has to do with Cuba, because I have always been Cuban and I never wanted to be nothing else, that might have influence the fact that they chose to apply that not yet declassified program of victimization.

And they can not say nobody told them they have this terrible problem, because I have been denouncing the personal defamation and stupid but detrimental persecution, bad defamation and victimization, that is being done to me in USA since long time. I have said before, it doesn’t make sense to keep somebody in USA without any option or legal opportunity of nothing. Trying to achieve something without having anything, in a negative immigration environment in USA now, without nothing from there or from here. I am going to speak about people who, for one reason or another, not really criminal reasons, but mainly for lack of immigration action on time and negligence or inflexibility of the immigration bureaucracy, are being currently practically disenfranchised in USA, I will talk specially some Cuban citizens, because I am based on my own experience as a Cuban immigrant victimized and left practically disenfranchised in USA now, also because for many years Cuba has a difficult treatment of its citizens who left the country, that has been in deep crisis for long time. NOTE THAT THIS SITUATION AND GROUP OF CRISES REGARDING CUBA IS SOMETHING BEING GOING ON FOR DECADES.
The way some authorities are mishandling things related to immigration today, virtually with a mostly brutal police state militarized policy of mass incarceration in detention camps where the rule of law and due process is not really being very strictly applied. Nobody wants to be detained and mistreated, nobody wants their rights to be abused. Although many people have the idea that immigrants dont need papers to be in USA and work, that is a misconception and doesnt apply to all cases. PEOPLE NEED PAPERS, DIGNITY AND LEGAL STATUS. It is a long topic.
1) USA should acknowledge that there are many people who don't have real crimes and might not have all the updated documents due to inaction/ negligence/ lack of resources OR JUST INJUSTICE. In USA, there has been people wrongly occasionally treated like criminals for things like: sleeping on the streets, asking for money, opening a drink in public, things like that. USA knows those are not real crimes!. People have to stop fooling themselves because there are serious problems and many serious criminals in USA. NOTICE I AM TALKING ABOUT EVERYWHERE IN USA!. That is abuse of power and abuse of the poor, so called Quality of Life Crimes. In some specific places, ones more than others, due to problems of hate in USA, some local authorities have been systematically lying, mislabeling certain sectors of populations, particularly black or immigrants, including black immigrants.
In places like South Florida there have been specific conspiracies due to things regarding Cuba and Cubans and some people might have occasionally trick the "system" to affect and victimize certain specific people. IT is an old thing that has to do with the environment of cold war times and some culturally normalized mentality of corruption. I am sure regarding Cubans in USA, specially many who have been in The Miami Area, HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF LIES, EXAGGERRATIONS in order to affect them. USA should consider this because they KNOW VERY WELL NOT EVERYBODY AT ALL BEING CALLED CRIMINAL IN USA IS ONE, SPECIALLY MANY CUBANS HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF THAT. Cuba or any other country that might receive Cubans who leave or are deported from USA SHOULD CONSIDER THIS, THERE ARE MANY LIES BEING TOLD ABOUT POOR VICTIMIZED IMMIGRANT IN USA. DONT BELIEVE THE LIES. OBSERVE THE PROFILE OF EACH ONE YOURSELF. USA RIGHT NOW, SPECIALLY SOME SECTORS IN USA, DOESNT CARE TO SAY ANY TERRIBLE LIE ABOUT A POOR IMMIGRANT, SPECIALLY LATIN AMERICAN, BLACK LATIN. Most people are not really criminals!, they are actually excellent people who are being rejected by those who victimized them and took the best of them, their work and their contribution and Lifetime. We know part of the big mess it is going on now with immigration in USA is because some sectors want less "colored, black and brown" immigrants in USA. Most people are good, what is bad is the abuse of power and racism. Its the agenda. Don't victimize people who some time emigrated anymore.
2) It is not just immigration thing, it is also related to the deep crisis Cuba is facing. If I had a travel document and help to move, I could move to other places in the world if they give me an opportunity.
3) Some Practical Proposals (it is complex because not all cases are the same, but at least in cases where people would voluntarily relocate to other country and don't have resources to do it, USA authorities can help and play a positive role with humanitarian and compassionate sense). There are cases where people are just stuck, there are no options, no documents or resources to get or achieve anything from USA or other country. In the case of Cuba it is know there is a long time crisis and dysfunctional situation related to people who emigrated, USA CAN DO BETTER THAN JUST KEEP SOME POPLE BEING CONSTANTLY VICTIMIZED, DEFAMED, ETC. I AM BASED SPECIFICALLY IN MY CASE BUT I KNOW IT IS NOT THE ONLY ONE, OF COURSE.
USA authorities can and should a) issue international International Certificates of Identity (COI), travel documents (or coordinate with UN "laissez passer documents". b) coordinate with some countries with good safety and quality of life conditions to and reach their compromise to receive and grant residency to these people, in my case, I propose these countries, for example, Spain, Portugal, Costa Rica, Panama (will think about others). Note: USA CAN SIMPLY JUST GRANT long term residencies, although there doesn't seem current decision makers having the intention to do that. c) provide them travel or other logistical expenses.
So, Decision makers, you dont even have to spend time thinking too much about this, I am donating these ideas to you. LETS FIND SOLUTIONS AND THUS AVOID KEEP VICTIMIZING ABUSING AND NEGLECTING PEOPLE.

1) There has been a long time conspiracy to damage my reputation by different factors, haters and criminals, in general, some might be just abusing their positions in some places. It began long time ago when I spoke more often and openly about politics etc. Its is not just the government or a sector of it.
In places like South Florida there have been specific conspiracies due to things regarding Cuba and Cubans and some people might have occasionally trick the "system" to affect and victimize certain specific people. IT is an old thing that has to do with the environment of cold war times and some culturally normalized mentality of corruption. I am sure regarding Cubans in USA, specially many who have been in The Miami Area, HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF LIES, EXAGGERRATIONS in order to affect them. USA should consider this because they KNOW VERY WELL NOT EVERYBODY AT ALL BEING CALLED CRIMINAL IN USA IS ONE, SPECIALLY MANY CUBANS HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF THAT. Some motivation can be just hate, hate of different kinds, because it is very diverse and complex to understand in USA.
In USA there are factors that are constantly conspiring to damage some specific people's reputation, to cancel or discredit certain people. Of course, due to the way most people in USA are, and the fact that in USA these different factor have so many resources to lie, most people just believe whatever they hear.
We know how they have canceled some famous people just saying something very bad about them, people with great achievement and outstanding paths as leaders or celebrities. In USA, They might do it also just because of hate. I am sorry I have to say this but it is the true. Recently they just canceled one of the main leaders of Workers Rights in USA, related to major Leader Dolores Huerta, I think there might be some manipulation of a nonagenarian person, about something that they say happened 60 years ago. It is just what I think there seems to be some manipulation. Ms. Dolores Huerta is an honorable woman leader, I just don't think is fair they now cancel Cesar Chavez.(I AM NOT BEING PARTIAL OR DEFENDING HIM, Ms Huerta deserves all consideration and respect, but I think there is some manipulation), People have to stop believing many things they say now, because you can imagine what historical leaders are next, and I as have experienced, they are doing that also to some regular people, just for hate or something that worries them. THEY HAVE THEIR AGENDAS, COMPLEX TO UNDERSTAND, AND USE THE INGENUITY OF THE PEOPLE WHO, SPECIALLY IN USA, ARE VERY INCLINED TO JUST BELIEVE WHAT THEY HEAR. I THINK IN THE NEAR FUTURE THIS WILL BECOME MORE COMMON. IT IS NOT JUST THAT THEY LIE AND DEFAME, THEY ALSO FRAME, ABUSING THEIR POWER OR THE LACK OF RESOURCES OF THE PEOPLE.

2) La situacion de muchos cubanos (digo muchos porque no todos estan sin ningun tipo de recurso o apoyo como es mi caso), es producto de una serie de crisis, leyes o reglas migratorias restrictivas desde hace muchos años, por parte de Cuba y tambien de USA, Como se sabe durante muchos años era imposible ser retornado a Cuba aun si se solicitaba vooluntariamente por motivos humanitarios. No solo USA, ningun pais retornaba cubanos a Cuba, obligando a las personas siendo victimizadas y sn tener nada a continuar aqui en esa situacion. I am just an intellectual and a thinker and a Man of God, a man who has God's Light . I know nobody is perfect, so I am not expecting nobody to be perfect, there are problems and people have defects everywhere. Since several years ago, I am in USA, due to circumstances of Life. There has never been there is not way or option in my concrete situation for me to achieve nothing in USA. Only God know if there will be some way or option that decision makers in different places open for some people so victimized like me since long time ago. Now I am in USA. I call the people in USA, the regular people you meet everywhere, mostly the poor people because we know the very wealthy in USA is not somebody the poor lives together with or has daily contact. IN USA, SPECIALLY AMONG THE POOR AND THE COLORED PEOPLE (BLACK OR BROWN, i dont want to speak about color, for people in other country, In USA you have to talk about color when talking about problems in the society). I STRUGGLE TO BE BRIEF AND NOT WRITE A FULL ESSAY. In USA it is necessary and I call the regular people, the colored people, in general, PLEASE, TO STOP PROFILING OTHERS WITH THE TOPIC OF DRGS, TO JUST STOP TALKING ABOUT DRGS TO DEFAME OR DESPISE OTHERS. In my opinion, This is important because it is something that prevents many of these people to think about real problems or real things they should focus on. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS a deep lack of intellectual approach, I think of course is not that people are not able to think, it is that is is not customary in USA, or the system made people used to evade thinking or having some intellectual and spiritual sensibility just talking about DRGS. The way things are in USA cannot fix this at least until deep changes happen in the future. WE DONT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE BRUTES SHOUTING HATE AND HATING EACH OTHER. THAT IS THE TRUTH, THAT IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO IMPROVE IN USA. HIGH CLASS PEOPLE DONT EXPERIENCE THAT, THEY CANNOT CHANGE THAT. BEGIN BY BEING MORE CONSCIENTIOUS YOURSELF. Brief Observation and Call (things of USA).
IT IS VALID EVERYWHERE IN USA because it is something related to the pop culture or imaginary of most people in USA.
As I said before, a sort of "cultural revolution" in the way many people thinks and how it often negatively impacts daily co- existence in USA is necessary. I can talk specially about regular, common, poor people, that most of the time co- existence among us is difficult. I am not going to talk about race, color or origins, applies to everybody. 1 ) Everywhere there are problems. 2) this are not problems of the people themselves, it is not because people are bad, it is because people are just used to think or behave like this, and if you are not like that, like me, it is something strange. 3) Please, lets be more conscious in the way people treat each other and show less prejudice, prejudice of all kinds, including profiling "among us", by people who might even look like us, with that omnipresent topic of "DRGS" in the popular culture (or lack of it) or imaginary in USA. 4) Evidently, we see people historically oppressed advancing conscience in many places, in USA not so much, it is not part of the system, it takes time. 5) Lets be less prejudiced towards our own people, including that idea that only BRUTES can really believe that everything is related to "DRGS", it also shows that the cultural level in the general population in USA is low. People in USA, people dont have to live and treat each others like BRUTES, stop talking so much about "DRGS", that means usually just profiling and defaming poor people, only somebody ignorant can assume that most people have to do with "DRGS" , it is just prejudice, lie and profiling put there exactly for you to be victimizing most people who dont have nothing to do with that. 6) Lets be more positive and show better self esteem towards everybody, including towards our own people or people who look like us, that is the only way things can really improve. This means to treat each other better, not to be profiling others based on the lies or stereotypes created by some media throughout history. 7) It is about people, we know money is the core of relations in societies like USA, but lets pay more attention to people, lets treat each other better, lets think better about each others. IT IS WHAT IS CORRECT, JUST AND NECESSARY. And by the way, I say this because I care about the people and spirituality centered on th people and I believe that is necessary and possible better and harmonic daily co- existence among people everywhere, specially in USA where it is difficult. I am Cuban, but I have lived in several countries, including years in USA. Money doesnt care about this, money makes money anyway, no matter if we are forced to live like brutes. People have to be more conscious about this that affects people. It is not about where you are from, or your race or color, it is about better co- existence among people, humanism, values and spirituality. I know this might be the first time you hear about this. Siempre solicito oportunidades, soluciones. Es evidente que no hemos tenido mucha suerte, pero es importante no dejar de tener fe y hacer lo mejor posible en cada circusntancia. Soy cubano en USA, pobre, sin nada material, etc etc. No hemos tenido suerte, ni alla porque la situacion se hecho mas precaria en muchos aspectos ni aqui en USA donde ahora estamos en un ambiente desfavorable para inmigrantes en general, si antes nos quejabamos y pediamos soluciones para tener papeles actualizados y sin limitaciones para trabajar, ahora todo ha empeorado para los pobres, los inmigrantes, la gente de color, etc y no se ve cuando pudiera mejorar en USA. Hay limitaciones por el sistema (ya lo expliqué: consumismo, individualismo, cuestiones historicas relacionadas con odio e intolerancia, clasismo, racismo y prejuicios raciales de todos los colores, efectos de la falta de una educacion que enseñe a las personas a pensar, falta de espiritualidad, alta prevalencia de problemas mentales, etc) ESAS SON CARACTERISTICAS DE LA SOCIEDAD EN USA QUE HACEN LA CONVIVENCIA DIARIA BASTANTE DIFICIL.En mi caso particular, la difamacion y persecusion personal constante y masiva que tienen conmigo en USA desde hace años me afecta en todos los aspectos. Soy victimizado y muchas veces discriminado debido a las boberias que algunas gente tiene en su mente.yo creo que me hacen eso por mi capacidad de pensar, a ninguna DICTADURA LE GUSTA LAS PERSONAS PENSANTES. I always ask for opportunities, solutions. It is evident that we haven’t had really good luck, but it is important tot to stop having faith and do the best thing possible in each circumstance. I am Cuban in USA, poor, without nothing material, etc., etc. We haven’t really had good luck, neither there nor here, because the situation is now more precarious in many aspects and here in USA where we are now there is a unfavorable environment for immigrants in general. If we complained before and asked for solutions to have updated papers without limitations to be able to work , now everything is worse for the poor, the immigrants and people of color in general, etc. and there is no idea about when things could improve in USA. There are limitations due to the system (I already explained it: consumerism, individualism, historic issues related to hate and intolerance, classism, racism and racial prejudices of all colors, effects of the lack of an education that teaches people to think, lack of spirituality, high prevalence of mental problems, etc.). THOSE ARE TRAITS OF THE SOCIETY IN USA THAT MAKE DAILY COEXISTENCE DIFFICULT . In my particular case, the defamation, the massive and constant personal persecution with defamation and lies that they do to me since several years ago affects me in all aspects. I am victimized and often discriminated due to the silliness many people have in their minds. I think they do that to me because of my ability to think, and NO DICTATORSHIP LIKES THINKING PEOPLE. I haven’t been able to achieve more because there are no conditions in my particular case that allows me do to achieve more. NOBODY WANTS TO BE DETAINED, ABUSED AND MISTREATED. This is another intellectual contribution , ideas to help people understand the context of my situation and many things in USA: (please, people in general, appreciate that somebody speaks the truth and shares ideas about things you need to improve, it is not just because I think , its also because I care ).
I have written how the combination of raw capitalism, a difficult history related to hate and intolerance, individualism, classism, racism (it is just to say racial prejudice of all kinds), lack of real education that teaches people to think ( some influential man said that said that is what they wanted!), materialism, lack of spirituality, consumerism, etc, is something that most people in USA are used to and is not good for the people. This combination also makes many people just hate because they dont have the rationality, knowledge or education to understand many things, so people just hate. In that sense, people in USA have a long way to advance, and they will, but takes time. This combination also creates a lot of mental health problems. There is a lot of people with deep mental health and the combination with these factors I mentioned is very bad. Only faith and faithful people can make the difference because others dont care. Too many people busy making things harder for the good people and the evil one or dangerous one dont have any problems. I am not sure if USA for now will be able to improve the situation with these factors. I mentioned. I think it will take time until most people become aware of it and changes can be made to improve co-existence among people that is difficult at the daily level. USA has mostly BUSINESS leaders, that means most things are just focused on business and profit, but LIFE IS NOT BUSINESS. The people are not business. People with spirituality are the hope, but it is a process.
In my specific situation, given the current clouded environment in USA regarding immigration, etc, I dont have any option at all. There is no program or way to be able to achieve nothing, no resources. That is the crude reality of a barbarian ineffective negligence for the people, just focused on business and profit. There is no way, no option for someone in my situation in place like USA, given the characteristics that I mentioned above and the fact that I have been and I am still massively defamed, persecuted, victim of slander by different factors DUE TO THE MANY FORMS OF HATE IN USA. I am not going to list the so many limitation I face now, BUT THE FIRST ONE IS THAT USAIMMIGRATION SHOULD JUST GRANT ME IMMEDIATE EFFECIVE RESIDENCY AT LEAST, IT IS THE MAIN OBSTACLE. Some people might have some net of support or come from communities where they have some mutual support, etc, it is not my cae. Basically, there is nobody I can count on, and that is not a critic to nobody, its that people have their limitations. The truth is that daily co- existence in USA is very difficult, I THINK THAT EXPLAINS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ISOLATE THE MOST THEY CAN FROM OTHERS IN USA. There is a "culture" (I would better say lack of culture) of rough treatment of each other, that is more prevalent among the poor people, and there are communities with other kinds of problems, a mentality that is really related to long term ignorance, people full of all kinds of prejudice, people just profiling with the omnipresent topic ofd DRGS in USA, and a mentality of different forms of violence towards each other. At some time this has to be addressed and educate poeple about this, but it takes time. believe me, ITS ROUGH, I think many people dont realize how much brutality they have created. I AM CONVINCED WE ALL THE PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN PEACE WITH MUTUAL RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION FOR EACH OTHER, HAVING A POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY MENTALITY TO EACH OTHER. That is far from the current reality in USA, at the street level, talking about the regular people you meet daily in real life. Lets educate and describe what is happening to help change that mentality of brutality. I AM BEING HONEST AND I AM TALKING ABOUT WHAT MANY PEOPLE DONT TALK, BUT IT IS TRUE.
I also call people in general to be more sensible about others, offer some opportunity, job, help, option to the people you see struggling, just dont make fun of them. We cannot count to much on many people, because they have their limitations too, and people from here or who come here just adapt to brutality mentality, to what is customary, instead of showing a different mentality and talking positivity. In all my time in USA, I have never been "US-americanized", maybe that is one of the reasons i have nothing and I am defamed, left alone in a "multi -national tragedy" , etc, but I know I am helping to make a good difference talking about these things based on my spirituality and faith in God Almighty. In USA making people think at least a little bit means a lot. IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO LOSE HOPE. CALL AND TALK AND OFFER SOMETHING HELPFUL, that is what makes us human, not just consumerism and having people full of ignorance and hate offending each other and dont caring about others.

ALGUNAS IDEAS, CONSEJOS, OBSERVACIONES LOCALES Y UNIVERSALES:

1) El problema principal es que, como ya he dicho, no tiene sentido tener a alguien en USA sin ninguna opcion legal u oportunidad de nada. Tratando de lograr algo sin tener nada, en un ambiente migratorio hostil en USA ahora, sin nada de alla ni de aqui. Además personalmente, systematically difamado y victimizado con mentiras por odiadores. Solo hay esperanza. Se necesita solidaridad.

The main problem is, as I have said before, it doesn’t make sense to keep somebody in USA without any option or legal opportunity of nothing. Trying to achieve something without having anything, in a negative immigration environment in USA now, without nothing from there or from here. Also personally, systematically defamed and victimized with lies by haters. There is Only hope. Solidarity needed.
2) LLAMO A LA GENTE EN USA EN GENERAL A TENER MENTALIDAD POSITIVA, A PENSAR UN POCO MAS POSITIVO SOBRE LAS DEMAS PERSONAS. Existe mucha mentalidad negativa, y esto es muy visible entre la gente pobre, la gente con la que uno convive dia a dia, precisamente los que deberian llevarse mejor y ayudarse mas unos a otros. Esta mentalidad negativa es resultado de: el individualismo, el consumismo, negatividad historica en el trato y la convivencia, el clasismo, el racismo de "todos los colores" e ignorancia generalizada en mucha personas en USA, alta prevalencia de problemas de salud mental, y la falta de espiritualidad. No es que la gente sea mala, es la costumbre, es dificil romper con las costumbres, poca gente se se detiene a pensar y a cuestionar costumbres negativas e incivilizadas. Sirven para dividir la gente. Y algunos quieren a la gente dividida y odiandose entre si. /////////////////////////// I call the people in USA in general to have a more positive mentality, to think in a more positive way about other people. There is a lot of negative mentality, and this is very visible among the poor people, the people you have daily contact with, supposedly those who should get along better and help each other. It is not because people are bad, it is because that is customary, and few people have the intellectual ability or cares about changing what is customary, it is difficult to break with practices or ways of thinking even when people know they are negative or uncivilized. They are used to divide the people. And some people prefer to have the people divided and hating each other.
3) Es un tema tabú. Pero hay que ayudar a liberar las mentes, hay que contribuir a un futuro mejor para todos. Todos sabemos que hay una tremenda PARANOIA CON EL TEMA DE DRGS EN USA. Es ya algo típico de USA. Aunque esto es realmente cosa de gente rica y poderosa, siempre tratan de asociar con esto a los pobres y especialmente la gente de color. Esto ha sido enfocado en la gente pobre y de color. Empecemos nosotros mismos por no hacer profiling (perfilaje etnico) con este tema. Hay quienes lo hacen, pero hay muchos que no lo hacen en lo absoluto. Ya que por ahora USA no se libera de este tema, liberemos nuestras mentes y bajemos la paranoia y la tendencia de asociarlo todo con DRGS, porque ni el mundo esta hecho de DRGS ni todo el mundo tiene que ver con ninguna DRGS. //////////////////////// It is a taboo topic. Tiempos Nublados, Jaleo De "La Yuma" y la Señorita Laura.
Los hechos actuales muestran que nunca he estado equivocado sobre muchas cosas que he dicho, abusos de poder y desastre constante de odio e ignorancia. Cuba esta en una situacion mala, pero "La Yuma" tampoco es una panacea. Ya ven el "jaleo" que tienen con los migrantes, en un pais de migrantes. Hay que buscar a Dios, las verdades trascendentales , porque solo en eso podemos confiar plenamente. Todo un lio con los papeles y no hay como obtener papeles ni nada. Venir para que te formen intrigas con papeles y no hay como obtener papeles. Aunque seas bueno, te inventan cosas malas si andas con Dios y con la verdad. Que si te detienen o no te detienen, que si te deportan o no te deportan. Es practicamente delito ser pobre. Ni te deportan ni te dan estatus y sencillamente te difaman y hacen que la gente te odie con sus mentiras, en un pais donde hay mucha gente que no esta bien de la cabeza y hay muchos tipos de odio. De lo poquito que podia haber no queda casi nada. Los tiempos actuales son turbios, nublados. Se estan conviritendo en la sala de La Señorita Laura, " que pase el desgraciado!...el desgraciado que nosostros mismos desgraciamos con odios, mentira, difamacion. Tengamos compasion y solidaridad. Que Dios aclare las mentes y ablande los corazones de los que toman decisiones. Siempre hay bien , siempre hay tambien gente buena. Que nunca se pierdan la fe y la esperanza.
Cloudy Times in USA. Prove that I have never being wrong about abuse of power and constant disaster of hate and ignorance. My country, Cuba, is in a bad situation, but USA is not a paradise neither. People can see the hassle thay have with immigrants now, in a country of immigrants. It is always necessary to look for God, to look for the transcendental truths, because that is the only thing we can really trust. A whole mess with the "papers" and there is no way to get any "papers" or nothing. To come here just to be victimized with intrigues and defamations. Although I am physically in USA, practically until now, I am not in a country, my country is Cuba, is in a very bad situation and there is not a way to go back , CUBA IS MY COUNTRY, but in fact right here and now, I am not in a country because I am here but actually I am not here. There are not options because there are many things that dont depend on me, depend on concrete opportunities , most opportunities are not available in my situation, there is neither a way nor hope about a way to achieve something and move forward , due to lack of interest in solving things related to immigration, but all the contrary in USA now. IT IS EVIDENT IN USA THEY HAVE BEEN CREATING A CLASS OF ALMOST DESTITUTE PEOPLE OR PEOPLE VICTIMIZED USING THE LEGAL MESS WITH DOCUMENTS. I am not a Super Ironman or something like that, I am a human being who wants to have a normal life and also faces health problems and has necessities, dreams and tries to do his best when it is almost impossible to do something at all in this situation. Solidaridad ante Tragicomedia de la nada en USA, por favor.
No tiene sentido tener personas en un pais sin acceso legal a nada. Equivale a estar pero no estar. Son tragedias hechas a largo plazos por cosas de los politicos y los que toman decisiones o hacen leyes en diferentes paises. La gente quiere tener una vida normal y ser productiva y realizar sus sueños y aspiraciones. Ellos solo ponen e inventan limites y negacion. Eso esta muy visible ahora en USA. Nadie quiere detencion, maltrato ni abuso. La dignidad humana debe ser respetada por todos sin politización. Son cuestiones humanitarias, idea UNIVERSAL aportada historicamente por la espiritualidad LATINA, CRISTIANA, HISPANOAMERICANA. DE HISPANO- IBEROAMERICA PARA EL MUNDO, DERECHOS HUMANOS Y DIGNIDAD. En mi caso personal hay ademas una difamacion constante, maldad y drama de incitacion al odio que no cesan. Considero que los politicos del mundo deben ser mas solidarios con la victimizacion de la migracion en general y proveer vias practicas y rapidas para que la gente que no tiene opciones y es victimizada en USA pueda ser acogida con estatus legal en otros paises con condiciones de seguridad y calidad de vida. Mientras el odio inventa fronteras y limites, la verdad y el amor deben abrir fronteras, eliminar barreras. Solidarity in current tragicomedy of negation (nothingness)
in USA.
It doesn’t make sense to have people in a country without legal access to nothing. It is like being there but not being there. These are tragedies made in the long term by politicians, decision makers and lawmakers in different countries. People want to have a normal life, be productive and achieve their dreams and aspirations. They only put limitations , negation. That is very visible in USA right now. Nobody wants any detention, mistreatment or abuse. Human dignity should be respected for everybody without politization. These are humanitarian issues, UNIVERSAL idea historically developed by LATIN, CHRISTIAN, HISPANO , IBERO- AMERICAN spirituality. From Hispano Ibero- America to the world , HUMAN RIGHTS AND DIGNITY. In my personal case there is also a constant defamation, some kind of evil done to me with a constant drama of incitation to hate that they don’t stop. I consider that politicians in the world should be more solidary given the victimization of immigration in general and provide practical and fast ways for the people who don’t have options and is being victimized in USA to be admitted with some legal status in other countries with some conditions of safety and quality of life. While hate invents barriers and limitations, the truth and love should open borders, eliminate barriers.

Its a local message but it is valid everywhere in USA: It is necessary because there is not too much spirituality in USA, a society -and mentality- that is based on money and materialism. I share some of my point of view and this might help people avoid the silliness of shouting or talking negativity to me, because I know they are just being savage unpolished souls that dont see the light of God and the Truth. There are social and historical situations that make "some particular people" in USA be more negative towards each others and in general.
I am someone who lives with spirituality. I encourage people to try to have some spirituality and be more considerate and sensible to people around them. Please, everybody try to be more sensible to the so much tragedy going on , for some people more than others. Just try to be civilized, dont just shout and offend based on your natural animal instinct but look above, see light and respect light, because it is not common, it is not everybody who really shines and makes a difference for good even when forced to be in a tragical situation. The deception, the lies, the defamation to manipulate and oppress people, is not new. In USA there is a tense situation in all senses. I propose USA to pay more attention to the "framing" using "non adults", made with motivation of hate or some kind of extortion or destruction of reputation. It is very common in USA (there are different opportunistic agendas of hate of different origins and colors). Besides being perjury or hate crime it is abuse of those people used and there should be more attention to that crime that happens often in USA particularly against some men of color . THESE ARE DIFFICULT TIMES FOR MANY PEOPLE. Some people like me have been victimized since long time ago one way or another. I believe there is good and evil, there is justice and injustice. Humanity is only one and we all have rights. ICE, please, help me to move to other country. We know its difficult that you can send me to my country Cuba. It simply doesnt make sense for me to be in USA, where I am only facing a constant succession of victimization, defamation, "different kinds" of racism , conspiracies by haters to defame me. 1) Yo solicité a USA que me deportara para Cuba o para otros pais con cierto nivel de vida y seguridad por primera vez en 2008. Nunca hubo accion alguna, porque al conocer USA llegue a la conclusion que mis oportunidades aqui serian realmente muy dificiles sin un apoyo, dinero o influencia . El tiempo me ha dado la razon. ////////////////////// I requested for the first time in USA to be deported to Cuba in 2008. There was never any action regarding that. I requested it because when I realized how USA is I considered that my opportunities here would be very difficult , without any support , any money or influence. Time proved that I was right.

3) Deberia ser una verguenza para un pais con sentido de compasion y considerado desarrollado y "humanitario" , que despues de tantos años sufriendo todo tipo de injusticias en USA no me hayan dado al menos la residencia permanente. Aunque muchos somos victimas de odios, en un pais donde hay tantos odios de diferentes tipos como USA, yo soy victima de odio y conspiraciones difamatorias personalmente contra mí. Una critica a Mr Biden es que en lugar de atender y tener compasion migratoria con algunos victimizados que estamos en USA desde hace tiempo, priorizo masivamente a miles de recien llegados que tambien tienen derecho pero sin olvidar a los que estamos aqui victimizados desde hace mucho. la situacion es bastante tragica, pero que nadie pierda la

The situation is kind of tragic, but, please, nobody should
lose the faith because some day we will be able to overcome this, it is worth
to live and fight the struggle all the time for ourselves, for the past and for
the future. When I say that I am defamed and persecuted in USA is because it is
so. People cannot imagine all the evil, the hate and defamation that I have to
face everyday. There are also good people, of course. There is no program, no
way to solve the situation because the “decision makers” at different levels don’t
think about victimized people, people without money or resources, they think
about people with money. It is a nonsense situation, remnant of the cold war
times and all those things. As you know, there are many countries that even
sell you citizenship right away for several thousands of dollars. A poor
person, victim of abuse of power and constant defamation in an environment full
of different kinds of hate as it is in USA, only negativity. We will appreciate
Help, because we need it. As you see, not even begging for a job (without
updated papers) they give me an opportunity not even cleaning restrooms. USA is
so “developed” that has someone like me, with excellent education, almost force

In some moment somebody began to defame me (I know that is not spontaneous , they are orders and conspiracies of corrupt people) , some people in certain local positions abusing power. La solucion sería que hubiera algún tipo de acuerdo para que
al menos algunos, que solamente estamos victimizados en USA sin oportunidad

no ocurre porque no hay coordinación. cada cual por su lado. Yo no tengo ningun
inconveniente en lavar plato o limpiar baños o lo que sea, pero ni eso me lo
dan porque tienen mucha gente mas joven y con ciertos recursos que hacen esos
trabajos, yo no tengo ningún recurso, nada y ademas estoy perseguido difamado y
víctima de constante incitación al odio con terribles difamaciones . YO SOY UN
INTELECTUAL CUBANO, GRADUADO DE UNA UNIVERSIDAD RECONOCIDA, PROFESOR

mi fracaso, el fracaso es más amplio, tendría que haber alguna coordinación
porque avanzando uno avanzan muchos . Hay que coordinar más para minimizar los

Todos sabemos que el tema de migracion en USA, lugar donde estoy por circunstancias de la vida o por "esas vainas incomprensibles de la politica", supongo, es un absurdo, una cacotopía desde hace mucho tiempo. Aunque no soy perfecto, como nadie lo es, tampoco tengo nada que ver con mentiras y difamaciones con las que que odiadores han estado victimizandome en USA. Yo propongo a los que toman decisiones en temas migratorios, basado en mi caso (NO HABLO POR TODOS , POR SUPUESTO) : reconocer que algunos "migrantes" hemos sido victimizados, victima de abuso de poder e incluso terrible campaña difamatoria, lo cual afecta todo, especialmente de alguien que no tiene nada material en USA. En consecuencia, conceder Tarjeta de residencia y/o permiso de trabajo de larga validez de manera expedita y efectiva. Yo creo que incluso en algun momento tuve tarjeta de residencia pero nunca llego a mis manos y permitieron que los odiadores hicieran trucos. MIGRAANTES QUE HAN ESTADO MAS DE 10 AñOS EN USA Y NUNCA FUERON DEPORTADOS FISICAMENTE DEBERIAN SER RESIDENTES AUTOMATICAMENTE O AL MENOS PERMISO DE TRABAJO DE LARGA VALIDEZ. Es verdad, en mi caso, que haber emigrado de Cuba ha sido un fracaso. No se puede explicar en pocas palabras.Todos los desafíos, prejuicios, limitaciones, abusos, incomprensiones, afirmaciones ignorantes, discriminaciones que un migrante como yo, muy pobre, multivictimizado, multidiscriminado, sin recursos, tengo que ser honesto y decir que muchas veces muy educado para el ambiente alrededor...falta de algun tipo de apoyo o conexiones. Estoy seguro que situaciones como la mia no es el unico fracaso, hay muchos otros por diferentes razones. No todo el mundo es rico , bien empleado y disfrutando de la buena vida.La gente en esas condiciones, especial mente los cubanos, deberian ser mas solidarios.Mi fracaso es tambien parte de todas las limitaciones que Cuba esta pasando. Algunas tienen raices en causas externas, otras se deben a ideas inflexibles que deberian cambiar. what they are doing in my situation in USA, with me, is a constant sabotage by defaming me, what means constant incitation to people to hate me, discriminate me, DEFAMING ME, SAYING FALSE AND VERY NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT ME JUST TO DAMAGE MY OPPORTUNITIES. AS LONG AS THEY KEEP DOING THIS TO ME, THEY HAVENT GIVEN ME ANY OPPORTUNITY IN USA, BECAUSE I AM FACING SOMETHING NO OTHER IMMIGRANT IS FACING ANYWHERE I GO IN USA. (and this means a lot because there are many crazy ignorant xenophobic haters everywhere in USA). I asked "the factors" who spread these lies, defamation and hate against me -even just for humanitarian reasons- to stop defaming me, they know who they are. I am not any immigrant because in USA they are not giving me any opportunity, just victimization and abuse. DESPITE ALL THIS, I REQUEST AND EXPECT THE SOLIDARITY AND COMPASSION OF THE GOOD PEOPLE IN USA WHO ALSO DONT STAND OR DONT AGREE WITH THIS ABUSE AND VICTIMIZATION OF A POOR RESOURCELESS AND POWERLESS IMMIGRANT. Lo que estan haciendo conmigo, en mi situacion en USAes un sabotaje constante , por medio de difamación, eso significa que constantemente incitan a LA GENTE A ODIARME, DISCRIMINARME, DIFAMARME. ellos saben quienes son , diciendo falsedades y cosas negativas sobre mí para afectar mis oportunidades. Mientras continuen haciéndome esto en USA, no me han dado ninguna oportunidad, porque YO ESTOY ENFRENTANDO ALGO QUE NINGUN OTRO INMIGRANTE TIENE QUE ENFRENTAR DONDEQUIERA QUE VOY EN USA (y eso significa mucho porque hay muchos locos ignorantes xenofóbos y odiadores en todas partes de USA). He pedido a "Los factores" que difunden esas mentiras, difamacion y odio contra mí- incluso solamente por razones humanitarias- que dejen de difamarme, ellos saben quienes son. Ya no es exacto decir que soy un inmigrante porque en USA no me estan dando ninguna oportunidad, solo victimización y abuso.
