Todas las personas quieren y merecen vivir en paz. Yo no le

MESSAGE AND ANALYSIS, "USA IMMIGRATION":
As I have said many times before, it REALLY DOESN’T MAKE
SENSE to have somebody in USA without the possibility of nothing. It is not
being pessimistic, IT IS ANALYSIS. We know USA is far from being a perfect
place in all senses. The beginning of a solution would be to ISSUE EXPEDITE AND
PRACTIC RESIDENCY CITIZENSHIP OR WORK PERMIT, being
fair and with humanitarian sense, considering all the injustice and evil that I
have been victim of in USA, and USA knows that!. Also considered that I have
been multi- victimized (not just multi- discriminated) by all “factors”, there
are all kinds of “factors” in USA, people
of all origins and colors in USA, because it is society with many forms of hate
and large sector of the people with deep ignorance what generates different
forms of hate. In my case I have been persecuted also for thinking or just
expressing ideas. In the current immigration environment in USA there is no
hope of some solution but all the contrary (and I am still an IMMIGRANT without nothing after many years in USA, what
means USA immigration if an outdated failure, nowadays in USA some people seem
to being having fun sending people to some strange or extravagant countries
with many problems). USA: the old idea of “ go get a job” is outdated and nonsensical
in my concrete situation, due to lack of “immigration things” and “some physical
challenges”. Face it and try to provide options and solutions: nobody gives me
any job that I can do without “immigration things” , being multi- victimized and
defamed. To deepen the tragedy, it is known that my country, Cuba, is facing
serious hardships. I know now “USA
immigration” seems to be behaving as
enemy of the immigrants, but please, have humanitarian sense and compassion.
I ask “USA Immigration” to help me move to other country
where I can really have some opportunity and have a normal life without being
constantly defamed, victimized WITHOUT HAVING NOTHING. To make arrangement with
countries with safety and Quality of life to receive people like me and give me

MENSAJE Y ANALISIS "USA MIGRACION":
Como ya he dicho muchas veces antes, REALMENTE NO TIENE
SENTIDO tener a alguien en USA sin la posibilidad de hacer o lograr nada. No es
ser pesimista, ES ANALISIS. Sabemos que USA esta muy lejos de ser un lugar
perfecto en sentido alguno. El comienzo de la solucion seria EMITIR DE MANERA
EXPEDITA Y PRACTICA RESIDENCIA CIUDADANIA O PERMISO DE TRABAJO, eso
significaria ser justos y tener sentido humanitario, considerando todas las
injusticias y maldades de las que he sido victima en USA, y eso USA lo sabe!.
Tambien considerando que he sido multi- victimizado (no solo multi-
discriminado) por todos los “factores”, hay todo tipo de “factores” en USA,
gente de todos los origenes y colores en USA, porque es una Sociedad con muchas
formas de odio y un gran sector de la población en profunda ignorancia, lo que
genera diferentes formas de odio. En mi
caso, he sido perseguido Tambien por pensar y expresar ideas. En el actual
ambiente migratorio en USA no hay esperanza de alguna solucion, sino todo lo
contrario (aun soy un INMIGRANTE sin nada despues de muchos años en USA , lo
que significa que migracion de USA es un fallo anacronico , ahora en USA parece
que algunos se divierten enviando gente a paises extraños o extravagantes con
muchos problemas). USA: la vieja idea de “ve y buscate un trabajo” es anacronica
y es un sin sentido en mi situacion concreta, debido a falta de “cosas migratorias”
y “algunos desafios fisicos”. Aceptenlo y traten de proveer opciones o
soluciones: nadie ma dara ningun trabajo que yo pueda hacer sin “cosas de migracion”,
siendo multi victimizado y difamado. Para profundizar la tragedia, se sabe que
mi pais, Cuba, esta enfrentando serias dificultades. Yo se que Migracion USA”
parece estarse comportando como enemiga de los inmigrantes pero, por favor, tengan sentido humanitario y compassion.
Pido a “USA migracion” ayuda para mudarme a otro pais donde

Es mas complejo de lo que parece. Me han difamado y me difaman constantemente con mentiras terribles, de manera masiva y obsesiva. Solo conociendo el nivel de ignorancia, de ligereza de pensamiento y de odios que hay en USA se puede entender que me difaman constante y obsesivamente con cosas con las que jamas he tenido nada que ver. La gente debe entender que me lo hacen por maldad, no creo que sea espontaneo , en USA todo esta relacionado. En USA mucha gente no es capaz de distinguir entre verdad y mentira, los odios de diferentes tipos nublan las mentes. CLARIFICATION, SO THAT PEOPLE DONT BE CONFUSED.
I have been in USA several years. It is a country where there are "terrible and tremendous forces", paraphrasing José Martí. It has been many years of daily struggle, of writing and defending own ideas, MY OWN IDEAS, MY OWN WAY, many dont like people to think in USA. That is the origin of all the defamation together with different kinds of hate, not all native of USA, I say IN USA. It is more complex than what it seems to be. They have defamed me and they defame me, constantly and with terrible lies, mass defamation. Only when people know the level of ignorance in USA, the lightness of way of thinking in USA and the different kinds of hate in USA people can understand that they defame me constantly and obsessively with things I dont have nothing to do at all. People should understand that they do it to me because of their evil, I dont think it is spontaneously, in USA everything is related. In USA many people is not able to discern between truth and lie, the different kinds of hate there are here cloud the minds. So many people repeat the defamation because it is a place where many minds are not awake and they dont realize I am being defamed because of hate or revenge for own ideas. Why instead of saying lies about me they dont defame other people?. That they believe or repeat defamation about me means the necessary mental liberation is slow. Cada vez que veo que alguien cree las mentiras y grita mentirosas ofensas, que si yo soy un "@#%$#%#$##" o un "#@#*)@@" , todo mentiras diabolicas (si, muchos estan influidos por fuerzas del mal, faltos de espiritualidad), siento pena ajena de que la gente pueda ser tan bruta, especialmente la gente que ha sido historicamente victimizada , se dejan llevar por instintos de odio. Hablo de personas de todos los origenes, razas y paises. triste ver a tanta gente embrutecida, gente de todas las edades. ¿Donde han dejado la verdad y los valores?. Duele ver pueblos embrutecidos. I who have been in different places of the world, I know that everywhere there are good and bad people. Recently there is a “phenomenon of dumbing down” of the masses. Everytime I see somebody believe lies and shouts liar offenses, that I am a "@#%$#%#$##" or a "#@#*)@@", everything just diabolic lies (yes, many people who speak that are influenced by evil forces, lacking spirituality), I feel secondhand embarrassment realizing how ignorant people are, specially those who have been historically victimized, they just obey instinct of hate. I speak about people of all origens, races and countries. It is sad to see how dumbed down many people are, people of all ages. Where have people left the truth and values?. It hurts to see whole people dumbed down. They believe and repeat any lie motivated by evil. They don’t do that to everybody, just to certain people for revenge due to their ideas or example. Let People stop being so dumbed down. Stop hating and defaming, it doesn’t even make sense. Stop believing lies, participating in defamations of hate. It is not just about me, it is the struggle between evil and good, lies are some of their main tools. I AM A MAN OF GOD AND A HERO OF DAILY LIFE.

Con Espiritu Humanitario y Solidario
Una
oportunidad, algo bueno, alguna opcion. Mi llamado es a que las personas dejen
la negatividad y aporten todo lo que puedan para bien , concretamente. Estamos
en gran medida desamparados en muchos lugares. Alla y aqui, aqui y alla hay que
decir ¡Ay, Dios Ampárame!. Se imaginan como esta la situacion en general, para
unos mas que otros. Las circunstancias aqui en estos momentos No hay nada para poder lograr o hacer nada
ni hay idea cuando puede haber algo, cirunstancias de desamparo y mucho rechazo y negacion. Que la gente deje la negatividad y
el,odio y se concentre en cosas positivas con espiritu humanitario y solidario.
Que la gente aporte todo lo bueno que pueda aportar con solidaridad. A veces a
nivel local se puede crear iniciativas para que la gente pueda ser productiva y
vivir una vida lo mas normal mientras se supera la adversidad

This is another intellectual contribution , ideas to help people understand the cocntext of my situation and many things in USA: (please, people in general, appreciate that somebody speaks the truth and shares ideas about things you need to improve, it is not just because I think , its also because I care ).
I have written how the combination of raw capitalism, a difficult history related to hate and intolerance, individualism, classism, racism (it is just to say racial prejudice of all kinds), lack of real education that teaches people to think ( some influential man said that said that is what they wanted!), materialism, lack of spirituality, consumerism, etc, is something that most people in USA are used to and is not good for the people. This combination also makes many people just hate because they dont have the rationality, knowledge or education to understand many things, so people just hate. In that sense, people in USA have a long way to advance, and they will, but takes time. This combination also creates a lot of mental health problems. There is a lot of people with deep mental health and the combination with these factors I mentioned is very bad. Only faith and faithful people can make the difference because others dont care. Too many people busy making things harder for the good people and the evil one or dangerous one dont have any problems. I am not sure if USA for now will be able to improve the situation with these factors. I mentioned. I think it will take time until most people become aware of it and changes can be made to improve co-existence among people that is difficult at the daily level. USA has mostly BUSINESS leaders, that means most things are just focused on business and profit, but LIFE IS NOT BUSINESS. The people are not business. People with spirituality are the hope, but it is a process.
In my specific situation, given the current clouded environment in USA regarding immigration, etc, I dont have any option at all. There is no program or way to be able to achieve nothing, no resources. That is the crude reality of a barbarian ineffective negligence for the people, just focused on business and profit. There is no way, no option for someone in my situation in place like USA, given the characteristics that I mentioned above and the fact that I have been and I am still massively defamed, persecuted, victim of slander by different factors DUE TO THE MANY FORMS OF HATE IN USA. I am not going to list the so many limitation I face now, BUT THE FIRST ONE IS THAT USAIMMIGRATION SHOULD JUST GRANT ME IMMEDIATE EFFECIVE RESIDENCY AT LEAST, IT IS THE MAIN OBSTACLE. Some people might have some net of support or come from communities where they have some mutual support, etc, it is not my cae. Basically, there is nobody I can count on, and that is not a critic to nobody, its that people have their limitations. The truth is that daily co- existence in USA is very difficult, I THINK THAT EXPLAINS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ISOLATE THE MOST THEY CAN FROM OTHERS IN USA. There is a "culture" (I would better say lack of culture) of rough treatment of each other, that is more prevalent among the poor people, and there are communities with other kinds of problems, a mentality that is really related to long term ignorance, people full of all kinds of prejudice, people just profiling with the omnipresent topic ofd DRGS in USA, and a mentality of different forms of violence towards each other. At some time this has to be addressed and educate poeple about this, but it takes time. believe me, ITS ROUGH, I think many people dont realize how much brutality they have created. I AM CONVINCED WE ALL THE PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN PEACE WITH MUTUAL RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION FOR EACH OTHER, HAVING A POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY MENTALITY TO EACH OTHER. That is far from the current reality in USA, at the street level, talking about the regular people you meet daily in real life. Lets educate and describe what is happening to help change that mentality of brutality. I AM BEING HONEST AND I AM TALKING ABOUT WHAT MANY PEOPLE DONT TALK, BUT IT IS TRUE.
I also call people in general to be more sensible about others, offer some opportunity, job, help, option to the people you see struggling, just dont make fun of them. We cannot count to much on many people, because they have their limitations too, and people from here or who come here just adapt to brutality mentality, to what is customary, instead of showing a different mentality and talking positivity. In all my time in USA, I have never been "US-americanized", maybe that is one of the reasons i have nothing and I am defamed, left alone in a "multi -national tragedy" , etc, but I know I am helping to make a good difference talking about these things based on my spirituality and faith in God Almighty. In USA making people think at least a little bit means a lot. IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO LOSE HOPE. CALL AND TALK AND OFFER SOMETHING HELPFUL, that is what makes us human, not just consumerism and having people full of ignorance and hate offending each other and dont caring about others.

ALGUNAS IDEAS, CONSEJOS, OBSERVACIONES LOCALES Y UNIVERSALES:
SOME IDEAS, ADVICES, OBSERVATIONS , LOCAL AND UNIVERSAL:
1) El problema principal es que, como ya he dicho, no tiene sentido tener a alguien en USA sin ninguna opcion legal u oportunidad de nada. Tratando de lograr algo sin tener nada, en un ambiente migratorio hostil en USA ahora, sin nada de alla ni de aqui. Solo hay esperanza. SE necesita solidaridad. /////////// The main problem is, as I have said before, it doesn’t make sense to keep somebody in USA without any option or legal opportunity of nothing. Trying to achieve something without having anything, in a negative immigration environment in USA now, without nothing from there or from here. There is Only hope. Solidarity needed.
2) LLAMO A LA GENTE EN USA EN GENERAL A TENER MENTALIDAD POSITIVA, A PENSAR UN POCO MAS POSITIVO SOBRE LAS DEMAS PERSONAS. Existe mucha mentalidad negativa, y esto es muy visible entre la gente pobre, la gente con la que uno convive dia a dia, precisamente los que deberian llevarse mejor y ayudarse mas unos a otros. Esta mentalidad negativa es resultado de: el individualismo, el consumismo, negatividad historica en el trato y la convivencia, el clasismo, el racismo de "todos los colores" e ignorancia generalizada en mucha personas en USA, alta prevalencia de problemas de salud mental, y la falta de espiritualidad. There is a lot of negative mentality, and this is very visible among the poor people, the people you have daily contact with, supposedly those who should get along better and help each other. This negative mentality is result of: individualism, consumerism, historic negativity regarding treatment and coexistence, classism, racism "of all colors", generalized ignorance of many people, high prevalence of mental health problems and lack of spirituality. It is not because people are bad, it is because that is customary, and few people have the intellectual ability or cares about changing what is customary, it is difficult to break with practices or ways of thinking even when people know they are negative or uncivilized. They are used to divide the people. And some people prefer to have the people divided and hating each other.

If I was a decision maker sometime, I automatically grant Permanent residency or citizenship (or a real legal status that allows people to work without limitations) to people who have been at least ten years in the country and dont really have any serious crime. Its easy. But politics is not just based on common sense, they play with specific interests or feelings of some politicians. And the lives or destiny of the people dont really matters to them.

Tiempos Nublados, Jaleo De "La Yuma" y la Señorita Laura.
Los hechos actuales muestran que nunca he estado equivocado sobre muchas cosas que he dicho, abusos de poder y desastre constante de odio e ignorancia. Cuba esta en una situacion mala, pero "La Yuma" tampoco es una panacea. Ya ven el "jaleo" que tienen con los migrantes, en un pais de migrantes. Hay que buscar a Dios, las verdades trascendentales , porque solo en eso podemos confiar plenamente. Todo un lio con los papeles y no hay como obtener papeles ni nada. Venir para que te formen intrigas con papeles y no hay como obtener papeles. Aunque seas bueno, te inventan cosas malas si andas con Dios y con la verdad. Que si te detienen o no te detienen, que si te deportan o no te deportan. Es practicamente delito ser pobre. Ni te deportan ni te dan estatus y sencillamente te difaman y hacen que la gente te odie con sus mentiras, en un pais donde hay mucha gente que no esta bien de la cabeza y hay muchos tipos de odio. De lo poquito que podia haber no queda casi nada. Los tiempos actuales son turbios, nublados. Se estan conviritendo en la sala de La Señorita Laura, " que pase el desgraciado!...el desgraciado que nosostros mismos desgraciamos con odios, mentira, difamacion. Tengamos compasion y solidaridad. Que Dios aclare las mentes y ablande los corazones de los que toman decisiones. Siempre hay bien , siempre hay tambien gente buena. Que nunca se pierdan la fe y la esperanza.
Cloudy Times in USA. Prove that I have never being wrong about abuse of power and constant disaster of hate and ignorance. My country, Cuba, is in a bad situation, but USA is not a paradise neither. People can see the hassle thay have with immigrants now, in a country of immigrants. It is always necessary to look for God, to look for the transcendental truths, because that is the only thing we can really trust. A whole mess with the "papers" and there is no way to get any "papers" or nothing. To come here just to be victimized with intrigues and defamations. If you are with God and with the truth , they, haters will invent lies to make people hate you, in a country where many people have mental health problems. Although you are a good person, they invent bad things. You dont know if detention or not detention, if deportation or not deportation. It is practically a crime to be poor. Although I am physically in USA, practically until now, I am not in a country, my country is Cuba, is in a very bad situation and there is not a way to go back , CUBA IS MY COUNTRY, but in fact right here and now, I am not in a country because I am here but actually I am not here. There are not options because there are many things that dont depend on me, depend on concrete opportunities , most opportunities are not available in my situation, there is neither a way nor hope about a way to achieve something and move forward , due to lack of interest in solving things related to immigration, but all the contrary in USA now. IT IS EVIDENT IN USA THEY HAVE BEEN CREATING A CLASS OF ALMOST DESTITUTE PEOPLE OR PEOPLE VICTIMIZED USING THE LEGAL MESS WITH DOCUMENTS. I am not a Super Ironman or something like that, I am a human being who wants to have a normal life and also faces health problems and has necessities, dreams and tries to do his best when it is almost impossible to do something at all in this situation. No tiene sentido tener personas en un pais sin acceso legal a nada. Equivale a estar pero no estar. Son tragedias hechas a largo plazos por cosas de los politicos y los que toman decisiones o hacen leyes en diferentes paises. La gente quiere tener una vida normal y ser productiva y realizar sus sueños y aspiraciones. Ellos solo ponen e inventan limites y negacion. Eso esta muy visible ahora en USA. Nadie quiere detencion, maltrato ni abuso. La dignidad humana debe ser respetada por todos sin politización. Son cuestiones humanitarias, idea UNIVERSAL aportada historicamente por la espiritualidad LATINA, CRISTIANA, HISPANOAMERICANA. DE HISPANO- IBEROAMERICA PARA EL MUNDO, DERECHOS HUMANOS Y DIGNIDAD. En mi caso personal hay ademas una difamacion constante, maldad y drama de incitacion al odio que no cesan. Considero que los politicos del mundo deben ser mas solidarios con la victimizacion de la migracion en general y proveer vias practicas y rapidas para que la gente que no tiene opciones y es victimizada en USA pueda ser acogida con estatus legal en otros paises con condiciones de seguridad y calidad de vida. Solidarity in current tragicomedy of negation (nothingness)
in USA.
It doesn’t make sense to have people in a country without legal access to nothing. It is like being there but not being there. These are tragedies made in the long term by politicians, decision makers and lawmakers in different countries. People want to have a normal life, be productive and achieve their dreams and aspirations. They only put limitations , negation. That is very visible in USA right now. Nobody wants any detention, mistreatment or abuse. Human dignity should be respected for everybody without politization. These are humanitarian issues, UNIVERSAL idea historically developed by LATIN, CHRISTIAN, HISPANO , IBERO- AMERICAN spirituality. From Hispano Ibero- America to the world , HUMAN RIGHTS AND DIGNITY. In my personal case there is also a constant defamation, some kind of evil done to me with a constant drama of incitation to hate that they don’t stop. I consider that politicians in the world should be more solidary given the victimization of immigration in general and provide practical and fast ways for the people who don’t have options and is being victimized in USA to be admitted with some legal status in other countries with some conditions of safety and quality of life. While hate invents barriers and limitations, the truth and love should open borders, eliminate barriers.

I am someone who lives with spirituality. I encourage people to try to have some spirituality and be more considerate and sensible to people around them. Just try to be civilized, dont just shout and offend based on your natural animal instinct but look above, see light and respect light, because it is not common, it is not everybody who really shines and makes a difference for good even when forced to be in a tragical situation. actually hate crime. USA should acknowledge that I am victim of a long term HATE CRIME. It is a mystery to find

2) In USA daily life and daily contact among people there is a lot of negativity. Negative mentality and negative assumptions about others is common. It is not a secret that this happens also among poor people and people of all the colors. For people who havent lived in USA, it is difficult to understand the constant and deep obsession in USA with the topic of race or color. Probably some academicians have studied it , but at the popular level this is terrible. Poverty, historical exclusion, etc sometimes seems to make people hate or mistreat "their own", though for some people it is difficult to accept others who might even look like "their own". It is like an impulse that people are just used to in USA.
3) There is a lot of hate in USA, even among people who might look alike. I CALL PEOPLE IN USA TO HAVE MORE POSITIVE MENTALITY, TO TREAT EACH OTHER BETTER, SPECIALLY AMONG THE POOR PEOPLE, SPECIALLY AMONG THE HISTORICALLY NEGLECTED, SPECIALLY AMONG PEOPLE OF COLOR. 9) "Sociological" curiosity of USA, that also explains why some situations are so tragic here. In USA there is racism ( the direct or historical racism, PLUS inverse racism that is has not been studied well).THIS IS THE TYPICAL HISTORICAL RACISM, IT IS NOT EVERYBODY BUT IS WELL KNOWN HOW DEEP THIS RACISM HAS BEEN AND IS IN USA. Humanity is only one and we all have rights. ICE, please, help me to move to other country. We know its difficult that you can send me to my country Cuba. I am not going to mention names, but some important person in USA history said "We dont want thinkers, we just want workers". So, the plan in USA has been to make sure most people (I am talking about the big masses , this doesnt apply to everybody) are just ignorant , with hate for each other. I am suprised to hear all kinds of insults that all kinds of people shout to me, people who I never ever met and dont know me. Evidently, there is an irrational mentality in many people in USA, I think it is such a part of the mentality of people in USA that even some people with some certain level of education behave like that. I know that there is a continuos "very bad defamation" incited by people abusing power against me. Its being going on for long time. It is not just one place, they do it everywhere. They incite the many kinds of hate that many people have in USA. how can someone shout some offense like crazy to someone you have never sen and dont know? What sense does it make to shout offenses in the middle of the night to someone that is sleeping?. I was very surprised the first time that happened and I am still alarmed that that brutal behavior is moral in USA?. At least in many Christian countries people respect sleeping people, sick people, old people, etc, it is part of Jesus's Teachings, and of course "do not lie", "dont do to other what you dont want other do to you". 1) Yo solicité a USA que me deportara para Cuba o para otros pais con cierto nivel de vida y seguridad por primera vez en 2008. Nunca hubo accion alguna, porque al conocer USA llegue a la conclusion que mis oportunidades aqui serian realmente muy dificiles sin un apoyo, dinero o influencia . I requested it because when I realized how USA is I considered that my opportunities here would be very difficult , without any support , any money or influence. Time proved that I was right.

Not everybody has the same belief , but a country that declares so, should honor that faith in God with compassion and try not to do their neighbor what they dont want for them. la situacion es bastante tragica, pero que nadie pierda la
fe en que algun dia podremos salir adelante, vale la pena vivir y luchar
siempre , por nosotros, por el pasado y por el futuro. cuando digo que estoy
difamado y perseguido en USA es porque es asi. No se imaginan toda la maldad,
el odio y la difamacion que tengo que enfrentar cada dia. Tambien hay gente Buena
por supuesto. No hay programa ni camino para solucionar la situacion, porque
los que "toman decisiones" a
diferentes niveles no piensan en gente victimizada , sin dinero ni recursos, se
piensa en la gente con dinero. Es una situacion sin sentido, remanente de la

porque hace falta. Ya ven que ni rogando me dan un trabajo sin papeles

que tiene a uno, incluso con educacion excelente, casi obligado a mendigar. Estamos obligados a

The situation is kind of tragic, but, please, nobody should
lose the faith because some day we will be able to overcome this, it is worth
to live and fight the struggle all the time for ourselves, for the past and for
the future. When I say that I am defamed and persecuted in USA is because it is
so. People cannot imagine all the evil, the hate and defamation that I have to
face everyday. There are also good people, of course. There is no program, no
way to solve the situation because the “decision makers” at different levels don’t
think about victimized people, people without money or resources, they think
about people with money. It is a nonsense situation, remnant of the cold war
times and all those things. As you know, there are many countries that even
sell you citizenship right away for several thousands of dollars. A poor
person, victim of abuse of power and constant defamation in an environment full
of different kinds of hate as it is in USA, only negativity. We will appreciate
Help, because we need it. As you see, not even begging for a job (without
updated papers) they give me an opportunity not even cleaning restrooms. USA is
so “developed” that has someone like me, with excellent education, almost force
to beg. Forced to an unnecessary disaster.

Those are problems of USA, so much hate, so many brutes and ignorant people
without spirituality that shout anything based on their hate. I am kind of
famous (although without money), so they have something that they cannot just
stop with me, constant defamation, harassment and hate crime. I am AGAINST ALL

CONSEJOS, RECOMENDACIONES Y SUGERENCIAS:
1 ) La realidad es que ya no soy un simple inmigrante. Soy un caso Humanitario victimizado y abandonado en USA. Aunque en todas partes hay gente buena y personas que ayudan, mi situacion personal en todos los sentidos es de una persona sin recurso alguno siendo abusada y victima de una campaña de odio constante.

2) En algun momento alguien comenzo a difamarme (se que no es espontaneo, son ordenes y conspiraciones de corruptos) , algun tipo de personas con ciertas posiciones locales abusando del poder. Esto desata una ola constante de odio usando esa difamacion como justificacion , aun sabiendo que son mentiras inventadas por gente diabolica y corrupta. Incluso inventan que yo dije esto o aquello. En USA hay todo tipo de odios y rencores en todo tipo de gente.todo esto hace que a nivel practico mi situacion en USA es inviable. Es un sin sentido. No hay posibilidad de nada y es muy poco probable que dejen de abusar y victimizar con la difamacion y las mentiras en un pais como este con tanta gente llena de TODO TIPO DE ODIOS Y RENCORES. HAY CUESTIONES MUY ESPECIFICAS QUE NO VOY A DETALLAR., PROBLEMAS DE USA, DESGRACIAS DE USA, QUE NO SON CULPA MIA Y NO ES JUSTO QUE ME ESTEN VICTIMIZANDO A MI POR SUS ODIOS Y RENCORES. ///////////////////
In some moment somebody began to defame me (I know that is not spontaneous , they are orders and conspiracies of corrupt people) , some people in certain local positions abusing power. This brings a wave of hate by people using that defamation as justification, even when they know its just lies invented by diabolic and corrupt people. They even invent that I said this or that. In USA there are all kinds of hate and rancor. All this means that from a practical point of view my situation in USA is inviable, a non sense. There is no opportunity of nothing and it is very unlikely that they stop abusing and victimizing me with the defamation and the lies in a country like this with so many people full of all kinds of hate and rancor. THERE ARE MANY SPECIFIC THINGS THAT I AM NOT GOING TO DETAIL , PROBLEMS OF USA, DISGRACES OF USA, THEY ARE NOT MY FAULT AND IT IS NOT JUST THAT THEY KEEP VICTIMIZING ME DUE TO THEIR HATE AND RANCOR.
3) Como victima de una campaña de odio y abuso constante en USA solicito algun tipo de solucion humanitaria, como parte de los desastres humanitarios asociados con la migracion, que es mas acentuado en casos como el mio. DESDE EL PRESIDENTE DE USA HASTA OFICIALES DE AGENCIAS DE MIGRACION, POR FAVOR, CONSIDEREN ALGUNA SOLUCION, SABEMOS QUE DEPORTARME PARA CUBA ES MUY DIFICIL, POR FAVOR, BUSQUEN ALGUNA OPCION, HAGAN ACUERDO CON ALGUN PAIS con cierta seguridad y nivel de vida aceptable. Algunas ideas y opiniones :
La solucion sería que hubiera algún tipo de acuerdo para que
al menos algunos, que solamente estamos victimizados en USA sin oportunidad
ninguna de nada , nos acogiera Cuba u otro país con cierta seguridad. Pero eso
no ocurre porque no hay coordinación. cada cual por su lado. Yo no tengo ningun
inconveniente en lavar plato o limpiar baños o lo que sea, pero ni eso me lo
dan porque tienen mucha gente mas joven y con ciertos recursos que hacen esos
trabajos, yo no tengo ningún recurso, nada y ademas estoy perseguido difamado y
víctima de constante incitación al odio con terribles difamaciones . YO SOY UN
INTELECTUAL CUBANO, GRADUADO DE UNA UNIVERSIDAD RECONOCIDA, PROFESOR
INVESTIGADOR CON EXPERIENCIA, ESCRITOR CON DOS PREMIOS INTERNACIONALES. NO es
mi fracaso, el fracaso es más amplio, tendría que haber alguna coordinación
porque avanzando uno avanzan muchos . Hay que coordinar más para minimizar los
efectos de la tragedia y el sufrimiento innecesario para muchas personas. Creo
que soy uno de los pocos intelectuales Cubanos que advirtió hace años que la
situacion de Cuba es bastante trágica, eso no nos debe hacer perder el optimismo

Yo jamás me olvidaré de mi

Todos sabemos que el tema de migracion en USA, lugar donde estoy por circunstancias de la vida o por "esas vainas incomprensibles de la politica", supongo, es un absurdo, una cacotopía desde hace mucho tiempo. Aunque no soy perfecto, como nadie lo es, tampoco tengo nada que ver con mentiras y difamaciones con las que que odiadores han estado victimizandome en USA. Yo propongo a los que toman decisiones en temas migratorios, basado en mi caso (NO HABLO POR TODOS , POR SUPUESTO) : reconocer que algunos "migrantes" hemos sido victimizados, victima de abuso de poder e incluso terrible campaña difamatoria, lo cual afecta todo, especialmente de alguien que no tiene nada material en USA. En consecuencia, conceder Tarjeta de residencia y/o permiso de trabajo de larga validez de manera expedita y efectiva. Yo creo que incluso en algun momento tuve tarjeta de residencia pero nunca llego a mis manos y permitieron que los odiadores hicieran trucos. MIGRAANTES QUE HAN ESTADO MAS DE 10 AñOS EN USA Y NUNCA FUERON DEPORTADOS FISICAMENTE DEBERIAN SER RESIDENTES AUTOMATICAMENTE O AL MENOS PERMISO DE TRABAJO DE LARGA VALIDEZ. MIGRACION, POR FAVOR, DEJATE DE VAINA Y HAZ ALGO BUENO, ALGUNA SOLUCION. Accordingly, to issue residency Card or Work Permit with long validity in an expedite, immediate and effective way. I thing that even at some time I had the Residency Card but it never reached my hands, and they allowed haters to do their evil tricks. Migrants who have been more than 10 years in USA and were never deported physically should automatically become permanent residents or have Work Permit with long validity. USImmigration: it is never late to repair injustice and let the sunshine of truth shine.

I never expected that in USA I would be persecuted, defamed, framed, abused of my rights with lies, for things I dont have nothing to do with. I understand when they persecute someone for something concrete and proved by legal means, but not for something that they know very well I dont have nothing to do with. Specially at the local levels there is a lot of abuse of power by "some authorities". It is very difficult for me to understand why they keep doing this to me. With that situation, USA is not really giving me any asylum or humanitarian assistance, it is abusing me and being just a tragedy (and this tragedy means also a tragedy for USA itself, because a country where that happens is not good) //////////////////// Nunca me imaginé que en USA sería perseguido, difamado, abusado de mis derechos con mentiras, por cosas con las que yo no tengo absolutamente nada que ver. Es verdad, en mi caso, que haber emigrado de Cuba ha sido un fracaso. No se puede explicar en pocas palabras.Todos los desafíos, prejuicios, limitaciones, abusos, incomprensiones, afirmaciones ignorantes, discriminaciones que un migrante como yo, muy pobre, multivictimizado, multidiscriminado, sin recursos, tengo que ser honesto y decir que muchas veces muy educado para el ambiente alrededor...falta de algun tipo de apoyo o conexiones. Estoy seguro que situaciones como la mia no es el unico fracaso, hay muchos otros por diferentes razones. No todo el mundo es rico , bien empleado y disfrutando de la buena vida.La gente en esas condiciones, especial mente los cubanos, deberian ser mas solidarios.Mi fracaso es tambien parte de todas las limitaciones que Cuba esta pasando. Algunas tienen raices en causas externas, otras se deben a ideas inflexibles que deberian cambiar. Llamo a todas las personas aqui y en todas partes a no alegrarse del fracaso de los demas, sino a buscar una forma de que todos podamos ser exitosos , no alegrarse del sufrimiento de los otros, vayamos mas alla del bajo instinto animal y miremos hacia arriba, hacia las estrellas , verdadera inspiracion divina, Cuba y en todas partes: Ayudemonos los unos a los otros con mas consideracion por nosotros mismos y por los demas, menos jactancia sobre nuestras "abilidades únicas" y considerar las necesidades y la humanidad de los otros también. I am a victim of hate, victim of mass incitation to hate me (by people spreading false statement, defamation) about me. This doesnt seem to be something spontaneous, but there is some "obscure" factor doing this. I have never seen other immigrant experiencing such personal persecution , hate , defamation as I am. If this is what they are going to do, the only thing that makes sense is Immigration to deport me. (practically I cant be deported, but look for a solution because I am just being abused with this hate defamation and its effects).
